Responsibilities
- Become an expert in NetApp products and their related Infrastructure environments.
- Setup and configure NetApp products on customer sites
- Answer service requests, provide solutions, and follow up with customers.
- Work with customer engineers to enhance storage response time and efficiency in high availability environments.
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships
Essential Functions:
- Responsibility for handling critical technical issues.

Requirements:
We require a BS Degree and a minimum of 3 years
of industry experience in system administration. In-depth
knowledge in three or more of the following areas is essential:
- Networking - (Ethernet, FDDI, ATM, Routers, Switches)
- Unix and/or Windows Operating Systems
- Storage (SAN and or NAS) experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NFS and/or CIFS
- Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.

Network & Storage Engineer

Responsibilities
- Technical Support and trouble shooting, via phone and onsite
- Communicating with customers to schedule installations and upgrades
- Fulfilling incoming requests for technical information
- Entering and working trouble tickets
- Assisting the sales & marketing staff with configurations and quotes
- Responsible for the systems administration of Linux, Solaris, Windows NT/2000 servers, Cisco routers, load balancers & switches, apache web servers, IIS, NetApp filers and NetCache.

Requirements:

- Prefer Unix, Linux (prefer RedHat, SUN) and MS Knowledge
