Ordering from Zerowait

We appreciate your business and want the purchase process to be as smooth as possible. In general, a valid, signed purchase order is required for the goods and services we provide as part of a Zerowait high availability solution. Zerowait reserves the right to accept or deny any purchase order or credit card purchase on a case by case basis and to request that a credit application be completed as proof of ability to pay. Once you have an accepted credit application on file with us, you do not need to complete another one.

Our online store is now available. Please note that orders placed through the online store that are intended to ship to non-US destinations are subject to final approval by Zerowait. After approval by Zerowait's credit department, customers are extended Net 15 terms for invoices. Zerowait also accepts Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments for most purchases. First time Customers must prepay their orders with either a credit card, PayPal, international money order, or bank wire-unless a credit application has been completed and approved by Zerowait in advance of ordering. All internationally shipped orders must be prepaid with no exceptions, bank wire preferred.

To use PayPal to pay for an order, customers must first obtain an official Zerowait quote from an authorized Zerowait sales professional and must obtain approval from Zerowait to send money via PayPal to us.

NOTE: PayPal payments received for orders that do not comply with the above will be delayed or denied. Zerowait reserves the right to extend to or deny Customers the privilege of paying by credit card at any time, for any purchase.

For your convenience, PayPal instructions and a link to PayPal payments are below. Please have ready the following information to facilitate the processing of your order

• Your PayPal login information. We do not need to know it, but you do! If you are not already a PayPal member, you will be prompted to register with them prior to making payment. This process is usually fast and will not hold up the payment process.
• A valid Quote number from your Zerowait sales professional. Enter this in the "Payment For" field.
• The total value of your purchase, excluding freight. Enter this in the "Amount" field.
• The address to which you would like the item to be shipped.
