What is ZPA? |

The ZPA is a next business day advanced replacement arrangement. Basically, the filer sends out autosupport messages to us that there is a problem, we contact you via email to find out if it's a real problem and to clarify the issue or troubleshoot, and then if required we issue an RMA for Next business day delivery. After you receive the part, you ship your failed part back to us via ground.
