to begin the Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. - Service / Technician assistance will be implemented first when related to a hardware failure.
- Only defective products are eligible for our RMA program. Once we have verified your request for an RMA with the valid serial number(s), you will be issued an RMA Number. You are to include this RMA number on the return shipping label. (Without the RMA number, the receiving department cannot verify the return shipment)
- All RMA Numbers are valid for 10 days. Return freight will be the responsibility of the shipper. Product returned that is stated to be defective and is tested as good will be treated as a customer initiated return and you would be responsible for any restocking fees that may apply.
- Products that have a valid limited warranty will be accepted within 30 days after the purchase date of the products.
- Zerowait will issue a refund for the price of the product you return based on the above-referenced guidelines within 30 days from receipt of the RMA.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) For Support Customers Whenever possible, Zerowait will, using reasonable efforts, provide advanced hardware replacement during the applicable warranty period for defective or damaged Products. Once a replacement part has been sent to the customer, the defective part must be received at Zerowait’s office within 10 business days, at customer expense. If we have not received the defective part within 20 business days we will send an invoice to the customer for the list price of the advanced replacement part plus shipping, with payment terms of 15 days from Receipt of Invoice. - RMA Number:
- If you have a ticket with Engineering under an existing ZPA policy, your RMA number is your ticket number.

- Package the item(s) carefully.
