Incidental Technical Support (ITS)
Zerowait consulting engineers are
ready to provide assistance on-site or remotely via phone
or email. Zerowait’s Incidental Technical Support
(ITS) agreement makes it simple to access our support services.
Once you have a signed ITS in place, or a prepaid block
of ITS hours, our engineering staff is available for emergencies
24 X 7. For non-emergency issues, such as scheduled maintenance
or migrations, our staff is available during normal business
hours or, for night and weekend support, just provide us
a few days notice so we can make sure your call has a prime
place on our busy Engineering Schedule.
Upgrades & Installations
Our engineers can assist you from
start to finish with your project. Increase storage capacity
and performance, install a new system, adding a backup,
or a security solution. Whatever the requirement, Zerowait
