Basically, the filer sends out autosupport messages to us when there is a problem, we contact you via email to find out if it is a real problem and to clarify the issue or troubleshoot, and then, if required, we issue an RMA for Next Business Day delivery. After you receive the part, you ship your failed part back to us via Ground shipping.
