Incidental Technical Support (ITS)
Zerowait consulting engineers are ready to provide assistance on site or remotely via phone or email. Zerowait's Incidental Technical Support (ITS) agreement makes it simple to access our support services. Once you have a signed ITS in place, or a prepaid block of ITS hours, our engineering staff is available for emergencies 24x7. For non-emergency issues, such as scheduled maintenance or migrations, our staff is available during normal business hours or, for night and weekend support, just provide us a few days notice so we can make sure your call has a prime place on our busy engineering schedule.
